The Program

Self-directed sober living involves individuals independently managing their recovery by relying on personal motivation, self-discipline, and available resources like support groups or self-help materials. In contrast, adding coaching to sober living introduces a structured, guided approach where a coach provides tailored support, accountability, and strategies to help individuals overcome obstacles, stay motivated, and achieve sustained sobriety more effectively. Coaching enhances the recovery process by offering personalized attention, fostering deeper self-awareness, and helping individuals set and achieve specific goals.

The Program - Getting Started

Step 1 - A consultation. We determine the needs, the timing, and if The Epic House is a good fit. We discuss options for rooms along with different levels of coaching.

Step 2 - We initiate a plan. We start by selecting the room, the date, and the level of coaching. We assign a manager to coordinate the move.

Step 3 - We help you assimilate into the house. We introduce the rules, the programs details, the options, and take a tour of the community

Step 4 - This is the growing and healing phase. This is where we activate the coaching* and work to learn, grow, and connect with the community.
